Cash Payment:
- Cash Payment can be done at counter in clinic.
Online Payment:
- Online payment is accepted through UPI, QR Code, Payment Links. You can choose apps like Google Pay (Gpay), BharatPay, PayTM for payments.
Bank Cheque
- In case if online payment is not possible, Bank Cash Transfer, Cash Deposit, Demand Draft & Cheque payments to our bank account is accepted.
- Please get in touch with us to obtain Bank details. We bank with ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank.
Refund
- We offer refund in certain situations.
- Most eligible refunds are processed within 2-6 working days.
- 100% refund is offered only in case payment for a cancelled treatment before its commission.
- Refund is also offered in case of excess/surplus payment done by mistake.
- Refund is offered in original form of payment in most cases; in some cases we may offer bank cheque.
- We reserve right to take decision on refund policy, refund form/mode.
- Dental treatment or part of dental treatment including consultation sessions which are already rendered services are not eligible for any refund.
